Crystal Santiago has been an integral part of Dr. deFreese's practice since 2009, serving as Office Manager and helping ensure patients receive exceptional care and support throughout their healthcare journey.With more than 15 years of experience working alongside Dr. deFreese, Crystal is dedicated to creating a welcoming environment where patients feel comfortable, informed, and valued. She oversees the daily operations of the practice, coordinates patient services, and is committed to providing compassionate assistance to every patient who walks through the door.
